The Delafield Condominiums, an unbuilt project by Myron Goldfinger in 1975 for the Riverdale section of the Bronx. At the time, the property’s only resident was a Chimpanzee named Nim Chimpsky being raised by Columbia Students.

Drawings and model of the unbuilt Church Street project for downtown New Haven, CT designed by Paul Rudolph in 1958.
The early urban renewal project’s program changed over time and eventually was realized as the Temple Street Parking Garage - an early version of which is shown in the model.

Kahn: It’s clear from the brickwork that Wright was the architect
Rudolph: Mies didn’t design it

Mies: Wright was the architect because of the decorative concrete block
