Why doesn’t anyone want to work in primary care? So far this morning I have been blamed for insurance denying a med I have worked to get approved, insurer “approved” a med a patient needs to stay alive but will cost more than $700, because the soonest someone can see specialist is 2027.

I was recently told that my patient could have 90 pills per 30 days of subutex but only one 30-day supply per 90 days. So the other 60 days they are supposed to be in withdrawal? I think they are intentionally making these things so irrational that we just stop trying out of despair.

It has been 25 years, but one of my favorite places was the Museo San Pedro Sula. Also, Santa Lucia outside of Tegus and Valle de Angeles. I lived in the south, and Amapala island was another favorite place to visit.

I personally know they can trust that, but what I hear from folks is that they don’t trust government reports. I suspect that is part of the GOP playbook intentionally at this point.

I wonder what level of trust they have in the published budget and the government’s adherence to it.

I don’t fucking care, I want the Epstein files released and the 25th invoked and an impeachment. I am the family you are talking about and what I want is America, the way it was envisioned, for everyone living here. Stop being a coward and do something.

They don’t connect them. “I give government my money” and “I need these entitlements to survive and thrive” are different streams for most people. When I ask, “where do you think the money to resurface roads or support schools comes from?”, they think government has its own money other than taxes.

Now that we’re all about “complying with the law” re Minnesota, does that extend to complying with the law re Epstein files?
