This is because Ingress cannot function with coal portals, but only with high-quality portals like diamonds.

Currently, there is a bug with portal nominations, but other than that, the Recon help links are broken or point to Wayfarer, which is no longer relevant.
Also, many of the wording is still Wayfarer.
Please update it as soon as possible.

I understand that the Ingress team is very small, but the core of the game is the portals and Recon, so they need to be revamped ASAP.
Because we at Ingress AG have felt that the portals and the game quality have been damaged by Wayfarer.

Alongside this Challenge, it would be helpful if OPR could lift the distance restrictions on edit reports.
These restrictions were implemented because the feature was abused by players of other games on Wayfarer, despite being possible on OPR.

③ Hold OPR Live meetups on Sundays at each Anomaly venue.
There, review groups of portals currently flagged by AGs for deletion.
Removing portals unsuitable for the Ingress adventure benefits the game.

② Run an OPR Live Challenge via Recon reviews until the end of the Q1 2026 Anomaly.
Announcing a special medal for the top 25% would be even better.

① Have AG submit high-quality new portal candidates and submit edit reports to improve the quality of existing portals.
