I’m getting five hours a night… just not in a row.

Waking up at 2:30AM just plain SUCKS.

I haven’t slept through the night in about three weeks. My #insomnia hasn’t been this bad in YEARS.

But almost everyone I talk to is going through some kind of messed-up sleep pattern.

Anyone else relate?

Mark & I made it back to LA!

I’ve had that scam in Venmo.

I never deposited the $$, and I contacted Venmo immediately.

It all resolved after a day or two.

Came here to ask about the handshake.

My husband, Mark, once drove the kiddo & me to a paint-and-sip. She painted, I drank the wine, and he drove us home.

Kiddo’s now in her last semester of art school, so it all worked out.

We’re Industry, so we spent most of TIFF in meetings & mixers. We saw one film this year, which is one more than we saw last year. 🫠

Only managed to rush Honey Bunch because we had to extend our trip.

We just got back from TIFF! It’s my favorite film festival.

We’ve been here before. They’ve had music before. But not like this.

I tried opening a Word doc, and I was prompted for the umpteenth time this week to install the Portuguese (Brazil) language pack.

Since it’s a recurring issue, I decided to install it. How long could installing one language take?

Honestly, you can do pretty much whatever you want in screenwriting if it's with intention.

Format, structure, tone. Whatever.

But the clarity of that intent is key. If you lose that, you lose the reader.
