Wednesday 4:10 pm: Big Picture Weathermap: Warm moist air has brought plenty of low cloud. With limited sunshine, we have only reached the low to mid 80's. A bit more sun Thursday afternoon should allow for more heating, ~90F late pm.
Wednesday 9:14 am: Warm moist air has brought a low cloud deck that will morph into broken cumulus this afternoon. Enough sun between the clouds to reach the mid/high 80’s by late afternoon.
Tuesday 4:19 pm: Big Picture Weathermap: Warm, moist gulf air is returning, bringing April, then May-like weather. The lower atmosphere will remain moist with low clouds in the morning, upper 60's at dawn. Low cloud will morph into scattered cumulus, upper 80's Wednesday pm.

Tuesday 9:01 am: Warm gulf air is edging westward. We may have some drizzle/mist, but warmer southeasterly winds will edge in with some breaks in the clouds late afternoon, high 70’s. This is a transition to May-like 90’s by Thursday.

Monday 4:48 pm: Watching showers, some lightning that are ~27 miles to the west-northwest of Laredo. These may track into Webb County a little north of Laredo, will watch.
Monday 4:16 pm: Big Picture Weathermap: Cool air over our area will be replaced by warm moist air moving west from the coast. The warmer gulf air will arrive late Tuesday with temperatures warming into the mid/high 70's. Still a slight shower chance tonight/Tuesday.
Monday 8:57 am: Our cool airmass remains capped by moist warmer air from the gulf. This remains a gray cool damp combo, some drizzle, 50’s all day.

Sunday 9:44 pm: The most widespread showers are mostly in Dimmit, La Salle, and Duval counties. Drizzle/light rain (not seen on radar) still in the Laredo area. More likely overnight and Monday. 1.47” at KGNS since last night.
Sunday 7:55 pm: Thundershower passing through Laredo, mostly south of Del Mar Blvd, heaviest part near Walmart Loop/Clark store.
Sunday 7:29 pm: Showers/thundershowers are in the area, one is nearing Laredo, will be heaviest from downtown to the airport southward through south Laredo and south to northwest Zapata County.
Sunday 4:07 pm: Big Picture Weathermap: Our chilly north wind is capped by moist easterly winds from the gulf at ~5,000' altitude. This is a gray, wet combo. Temperatures will hold steady in the low 50's tonight. patches of rain/drizzle. Mainly cloudy, still wet at times Monday, ~60F pm.
Decent shower on north edge of Laredo, occasional lighting possible as it moves east.
Not close for lows, but this will be one of the latest days with a high under 60F. It was 59F at midnight, and will be lower than that all day. Our latest day staying <60F was May 1, 1994 with a high of 59F.
Sunday 9:20 am: Much cooler air has arrived. Just above at 5,000’ altitude, moist air is flowing and rising. This will bring a combination of chilly, wet conditions all day, temperatures stearin the low/mid 50’s.

Saturday 2:50 pm: Big Picture Weathermap: Cold front arrived at ~2:30 pm. Much cooler the rest of the day, 60’s this evening, 50’s all day Sunday, gray and wet. Showers will be forming this evening or overnight, continuing Sunday.
Saturday 10:12 am: Cold front has passed through Del Rio, is in the San Antonio area. Note the much cooler temperatures behind the front. Front will arrive ~3 pm, showers will develop near and following the front, much cooler this evening, a chilly wet day Sunday, 50’s all day.
