This a district went pretty solidly blue when Mikie Sherrill won it in 2018 - and held it since. Prior to that it was pretty safely red.
It will be interesting to see if it goes further left or, with Mikie out, they decide they want “change.”

This is horrible and not behavior I would have expected from him, given his public persona…which is very much like a serial killer’s neighbors saying “he was such a nice boy”
