Los Tigres del Norte 'hope to help' Minnesota fans following ICE surge The popular, California-based band of brothers said they “want people to have fun and forget” at their biggest Twin Cities concert in a 57-year career.

“We’ve been watching the news knowing we were going to be performing there, and it’s been concerning,” said Jorge Hernández, singer of Norteño music’s pre-eminent band Los Tigres del Norte, performing Sat at Grand Casino Arena.
