yep. i used to be able to remember everything without writing it down. at first i thought grad school ruined my brain, and it probably did, but also everything has so many more moving parts for no reason!

It's really important in general (but especially this time of year, with lots of gatherings) to make sure you have *good* options for guests who don't drink.
It's not just great for those I'm recovery- it also includes those who don't drink for medical or religious reasons, or just don't want to.
