Let’s Go!! Starbucks baristas just can’t stop winning!
These cuties jumped at the chance to vote Union Yes! We’re so excited to welcome the newest kids on the block from Santee, CA!
They join the over 11,000 already Union Starbucks workers across the country!👏✊🎉
This is a must-read from two of our heroes in corporate accountability celebrating robust enforcement of antitrust laws - former FTC Chair Lina Khan and former Asst AG Doha Mekki in the NYT.
Last week showed us how Americans can keep corporate Goliaths in check, even when the federal government refuses to.

A jury just decided: Live Nation illegally monopolized the concert ticket market, crushing competition and raising prices.
Thank you, state AGs for standing up for working families and holding big corporations accountable under our antitrust laws.
Another day, another example of Amazon failing to create the jobs and prosperity it promised in exchange for eye-watering amounts of taxpayer money.... 👀

60 million workers say they’d join a union if they could. Only 10% have one.
That’s not a lack of interest. That’s a system rigged for bosses.
Time to change the rules and put power back where it belongs: with working people. #UnionsForAll
You’re paying more for rent, gas, and food.
They’re spending more on war.
This is a broken system at work.

A farmworker stands beside his tractor hooked to a water tank used to irrigate or suppress dust across dry field roads. This is essential as the dust can settle on grapevines, increasing the risk of diseases, mites, and fruit rot. #WeFeedYou
Taxing billionaires would raise TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS for education, healthcare, childcare, and lowering costs.
And America's billionaires would still be the richest on the planet.
It's time we end trickle-down. Tax the rich.
Tesla. Disney. CVS Health. United Airlines. PayPal. Billions in profits. $0 in federal corporate income taxes.
That money should be funding schools, healthcare, and public services.
This is why people are mad as hell.
BREAKING: In just the 16 months since Trump was reelected, the collective fortune of billionaires has grown by $1.96 trillion.
More than half of that growth comes from just the top 15 billionaires, who alone grew their collective wealth by over $1 trillion.
In VA, public support for data centers has dropped from 69% to 35% in just three years.
VA is home to "data center alley" -- the highest concentration of data centers in the world. www.washingtonpost.com/business/202...
ICYMI: Maryland is leading the way.
The state just passed a bill to ban surveillance-based pricing and dynamic pricing at grocery stores—protecting families from being charged more based on their data.
This is what putting people over profits looks like.
We just won our trial against Live Nation and Ticketmaster.
A jury ruled in our favor and is holding the companies responsible for their illegal monopoly that cost consumers millions of dollars.
This is a landmark victory to protect New Yorkers from harmful monopolies.
This Tax Day 287 major companies are avoiding $139,256,870,000 in taxes on $1 trillion of their 2025 profits.
Three unions. 70,000 workers.
LAUSD runs because workers make it run.
If the district can find billions for reserves, it can do right by the people holding these schools together. https://seiu.co/3QFz63l
We're committed to good-faith bargaining.
Can Starbucks's actions say the same?
The truth is right in front of us: when workers are struggling, when people feel trapped in jobs they cannot afford to leave, when younger workers cannot see a future, the economy is not healthy. It is failing the people.

Nearly half of non-union workers say they would join a union if they could.
But only 1 in 10 actually belongs to one.
That gap is proof of exactly what working people already know: this system was built to keep workers from claiming their power.
Working people need real pathways to organize now.
“It would only be a matter of time before Amazon went back on USPS’s Universal Service Obligation to “provide prompt, reliable, affordable, and efficient postal services to all Americans, regardless of where they live.”
Seems like they're taking a page from Amazon's playbook, where prices can fluctuate by 300% in a single day.
Once upon a time… 3 greedy men in a castle couldn’t see the workers who built their wealth.
This isn’t a fairy tale. It’s a choice: let them keep taking, or come together, organize, & build a new future.
The future belongs to us. And it’s right now.

The meatpackers at JBS are still on strike in Greeley, Colorado. Healthcare costs and wages that aren’t keeping up with inflation making things untenable for workers.
A raise that doesn’t keep up with inflation is a pay cut by another name.

A wide array of people out and about, some carrying picket signs displaying the importance of public schools and that they are ready to strike on behalf of the workers that keep everything together.
Beyond that, more hours and staffing to help students, smaller class sizes, more staff that specializes in counseling, special education, and mental health, expanding phys. Ed and the arts at elementary schools and protections against subcontracting and AI are among the asks.
