True, but still outdated as fuck

Said trolley bus infrastructure was absolutely outdated, work on it to bring it up to modern standards would have had prohibitive costs
(Yes, we can argue that the BRT might be more expensive that said trolley bus network reconstruction)
Hi there. Coimbra resident here, occasionally a member of the local city assembly, also a transport nerd
I understand your train of thought, I'm *far* from being a BRT fan. *But* I can quite assure you noone will miss that building. It was quite unremarkable
So it begins
Moldova’s public broadcaster M1 is now airing in the Transnistria region in premiere after 3 decades, on the biggest tv network owned by oligarch Gushan, who has a monopoly in the region.
But don’t get too excited: the tv channel is number 30

Do you have a problem opening the links I'm posting or...? Yes, via this route Moldova and Transnistria. Yes, via this route Ukraine is skipped. Yes, this route is feasible. Yes, this route depends on Russia/Gazprom *wanting* to do it. Except they don't

Once again: the pipeline works in reverse. It can be Russia -> Ukraine -> Moldova/Transnistria OR Turkey -> Bulgaria -> Romania -> Moldova/Transnistria

Dude, it's literally in the link I posted below

Gazprom has made no Trans-Balkan gas capacity bookings for February for the Russian-controlled Transnistria region, says Moldova’s Ministry of Energy energie.gov.md/ro/content/g...
Google is free.
Library got plenty of books.
And still yall dumb.
That’s crazy.
See? This is possible, it was tested on December 31st 2024, it works
No, it does not have to go through Ukraine, that's what I'm trying to explain to you
Except that is. Russia can send the gas through the TurkStream pipeline (in the middle of the Black Sea, away from Ukraine) and then up the Eastern Balkans (Bulgaria, Romania and then Moldova) through the TransBalkan pipeline (which can work in reverse since 2019)
Not to defend him but Russia can deliver gas to Transnistria without going through Ukraine. *if it want to*
An energy crisis that has left hundreds of thousands of people without heating and hot water in the breakaway region of Transnistria could soon end, officials in neighboring Moldova said today.
Ruski Mir!
"A resident of Transnistria is forced to watch as the fruit trees in her garden are cut down for heating.
This Shows the desperate situation Russia has left Transnistria in, to destroy someone's fruit trees." ~Ukraine Report
🇲🇩🇺🇦 "Ukraine ready to help Moldova resolve energy crisis in Transnistria," — Zelensky
"We are ready to help Moldova, in particular, with coal. It is very important to maintain stability and provide all people in Moldova with conditions to live peacefully and work for their country..."
Force won't be needed and it would probably be counterproductive
The conversation in Brussels went pretty quickly from "will Trump defend Europe?" to "will Trump invade Europe?"
