The part of all this that hits the hardest is that our taxes increased so much that the escrow account has to be repaid to the point that we are essentially paying double this year.

Over the last few years we've lost access to many of our parks, promised non-car infrastructure hasn't been built, existing non-car infrastructure is reduced, and the bike lanes are largely unsafe due to potholes and debris.

It feels bleak.
