if you’re looking for a reason to quit, or not, please save yourself the permanent damage and pain. My life has been so much worse since I woke up with that pain. All I want is to be able to sit comfortably again. Through my own tests and some research I’m positive this is the culprit.

So I’ve been dealing with a confusing and slightly debilitating health issue for a couple years. It feels like sitting on golf balls constantly; pelvic floor dysfunction. And I drive for work so you can imagine how that’s been lol.
