OpenAI is planning to discontinue the app for its Sora video platform, a product it released to great fanfare last year that has since fallen from public view, according to the company. It's at a lower resolution than S1 docked, so I don't know if "un-optimized" is the word for it but something definitely went wrong here.
Look at S1 docked compared to S2 undocked. Compared to Switch 1 docked, a lot of the textures lack crisp definition, which the S1 version has despite pixelation. It's like someone went at them with the smear tool in a photo editor. This is the 'vaseline filter' people talk about.
