Thanks to an incredible gift from Paris Orthotics, we are making strides in transforming the future of biomechanics education. The equipment has already been used in student-led research, including an honours thesis exploring jumping dynamics in individuals with lateral ankle sprains.

Dr. Niki Kiepek, School of Occupational Therapy, highlights the urgent need to rethink how substance use is addressed in Canada.

It was an honour to watch the Pan-African flag be raised at @dalhousieu.bsky.social after hearing from university leaders about the importance of recognizing #AfricanHeritageMonth and the incredible contributions of African Nova Scotians and African Canadians at our school and in our communities.

Leslie McCarthy (MN'20) was working as an NP when she realized she and her colleagues had insufficient information and training when it came to transgender health care.
She is now closing in on the goal of becoming certified by the World Professional Association for Transgender Health.
