Remember guys, you can’t afford a gas rig, or a coal mine, or a nuclear power station, but you can afford to put some cheap solar panels on your roof.
That’s why the fossil fuel industry has spent billions trying to kill renewable energy.
The dealer needs to keep you addicted.

A beautiful day to be out on the bike. I am always in awe of the incredible workmanship of viaducts. ‘This one at Porthkerry near Barry is stunning and still in use today. #viaducts #bikes
We finally had a dry day and it was nice to be able to have a leisurely ride and stop and take photos. It makes a change from the head down and waterproofs mode. #cycling

“In Finland, the number of homeless people has fallen sharply. Those affected receive a small apartment & counselling with no preconditions. 4 out of 5 people affected make their way back to a stable life. And all this is CHEAPER than accepting homelessness.”
IT SAVES PUBLIC MONEY to house people.
An advertising screen blocking more than half of a Manchester City centre pavement.
Manchester City Council wants fewer people driving into the centre, but it looks like they hate pedestrians too. What the hell!

Another casualty as another car hits another bus stop. Almost as if the real safety issue at bus stops isn’t the schemes to make them accessible for school kids to pass on bikes.
Accidents up from 0-5. I doubt if they have compared the stats with usage year on year and used a sensible measure, such as number of incidents per 100,000 cyclists. I’m sure the number wouldn’t look so fictional.
I can see most of Europe following the path of Canada when it comes to tariffs

Let’s just be clear here. Traffic causes pollution. People who walk and cycle do not.

As they say, you can really tell a council’s priorities when winter comes.
Motorised traffic causes all the pollution, poor air quality and kills 5 people per day. LTN’s do not do this and are very popular. The article does not look at the carbon savings by cycling and walking and the positive impact on health for those that are more active.
Strange how they have not analysed the potential reduction in Carbon due to increased levels of cycling and walking.

“Climate-related disasters caused severe economic harm in 2025, with the 10 most costly responsible for damage exceeding €100 billion.”
The true costs are MUCH higher & rising fast.
They want us to think we can’t afford to change to address the #ClimateCrisis. The truth is we can’t afford NOT to.
Only when there are consequences for the driver, will there be change.
5 million cycle trips a year on one cycleway. Paris has shown the world what can be done.
Why is motorised road violence so normalised and yet the public perception of e scooters is that they are dangerous. Every community bears the scars of road violence. 😥
BBC Wales News page with ageing articles.
I would say the same for Wales. The same stories on the news page for days on end. It could and should be much better. Will Hayward is doing far more for Wales with quality journalism than the BBC.
Why do they do it to themselves.

What’s the issue? It’s no different to speedy boarding. We all take off at the same time whether you are the first one or the last one to board.
Wait until the park users have to navigate the streets outside of the park. It will take things to a whole new level!
