Great thing is that the designs are 90% consistent now. I think I can finally do a detailing of parts and then a simplified "overall" reference to really lock this in.

Yeah, when I first learnt about them I thought it was just a "techno worship" faction (I always love the idea of like modular machines and stuff in combat) So it was a bit disappointing to learn that even if it was cool lore.
As a side note, terribly sorry we hijacked your post to nerd out jowol xD

My only complaint of tau designs is the mechs are too slim (I mean and I guess their lore isn't really interesting for me). While I never got to playing the tabletop (money + time = nada) the bulky machine designs were what drew me in lol.
