Previous legislation doesn’t indicate Real ID because it didn’t exist at the time of writing. This is new legislation. They deliberately are excluding Real IDs. That is voter suppression.

We shouldn’t have to if we have a Real ID. We had to show all of that when we got the ID. That should be sufficient for everyone.
