As someone recovering from sinus surgery, it is actually insane how much space there is in the sinuses. My doctor went in to clean it up a bit as I heal and it was a very strange, somewhat painful experience.

I wonder if we should go back to the era of penpals and start sending each other letters full of drama and/or pining with pretty poetry and all that jazz
