Yeah I don't think "parental controls" are likely. So the question is, is telling them "don't go to this menu page" enough for you? 😅

They framed their question as "family friendly console OR a project I'd have to work on" so I'd still say it's more of the latter. You definitely could get it set up to work easy enough for kids, but I'd be a project to get it there, not something like a console that's "plug and play"

60 still looks better than 30 whether a game is fast paced or not. And the Switch 2 should be more than capable of running it at that framerate
