It also seems that the mentioned changes to PVP power gains are completely undocumented, if any happened at all.

This change might not have gone through for the PVP side of the portal.

In the patch notes it says to refer to the 9/25 TWID for information on increased power rewards in PVP. But that TWID gives no information on that and says they are coming in a later patch instead.

Remember when Destiny 2 actually did double loot weeks? Those were great.

Now it is 1 extra drop from some activities, once per day. That isn't even worth posting about.

There are more issues that the patch introduced. The 1,250,000 for tier 5 engrams seems to have made them harder to get for players in Plat 1 & 2. The game says they should be getting tier 5 for doing the hardest content they've done in the portal yet and then only get tier 4 when they succeed.
