It's pretty hard to cheat at voting sites in Hungary. There are observers from all sides who count votes and their counts need to match to go forward and report anything. The place where Orbán can possibly cheat is in votes coming from abroad.

I learned what I learned by living there for a while (my wife is Hungarian). I don't know that I could have learned it in a class or via self-study like I did French or Irish, but when you pick it up via immersion it's not really harder or easier than any other language.
