I can’t help but think that Paizo made a mistake in not putting levels in line with PCs so that PL+0 became the average enemy. Would this have helped with so many problems in the community? Make the game more enjoyable?
I’ve honestly fell on that same trap when designing my encounters, and I dread to think I may have made the game more frustrating than I should have.
I’m thinking of poisons not holding on enemies as they save constantly.
Spell saves always succeeding.
Not enough mobs to justify AoEs.

I don't understand how Party Level +0 is often treated as average enemy level when #pathfinder2e literally tells you it isn't
Even in the sense of testing vs the middle of the ranges, the game is built around the expectation of 4 PCs. It tells you to rarely use Extremes and PL+4s would be Extreme.

Surprisingly everything was done on time, without overtime, even with some nasty surprised added to the mix.
But I’ve been so focused and some of the reviews were so difficult that now I feel utterly exhausted.
Last meeting now, I’ll prove a result later, and I’ll finally be done!
