One of the problems in big cities is that most of the people willing & capable of protecting others are in private cars, not on transit. It helps communities if you're willing to get out of your comfort zone b/c you can model successful strategies in the places they're most needed & inspire others.

The keyboard stopped working that's what kind of puzzles me. Sounds like that could be a driver problem. Did you try to updating anything while it was workable

So it won't boot up at all. I don't know a lot about laptops. I have two desktop computers. I know if you have a startup disc you can boot up with that at least mine I can. I have spent a lot of time and learned a lot trying to fix things on a computer. They are great when they work.

Sounds like a day from hell. I think I would take it back to where I bought it

🤬 A brand new HP laptop that I used 4 times before the keyboard stopped working. I called cust. support. I was on the phone 4 over 5 hours holding my cellphone up & the camera rolling so they could view what was happening. Transferred over 20 times. Now the thing won’t boot up.
