But realistically I guess the day to day change is that I no longer have to struggle with gaslighting myself wondering if I'm crazy or too sensitive or too much anymore just because other ppl don't understand me and then try to force me into a box that was never and could never be mine 😮‍💨

This is also why it's so hard for me to communicate my thoughts & feelings, because they are so layered & interconnected in ways that extend beyond & between the average cognition patterns of most ppl

This honestly changes nothing for my day to day but it's official finally at least 🙃

Today I received an official diagnosis for Autism 🥳🥹

Turns out I don't have obsessive thoughts or problems letting go, I have recursive thinking patterns that demonstrate a nonlinear cognitive framework

Language shapes cognitive spaces, defining what we understand as real, possible, meaningfu, and valuablel. SaturnVox takes this understanding and stretches it, playing with the boundaries of language through poetry, picture, sound, dance and story.

SaturnVox reflects this vision. At its core, SaturnVox is about renegotiating the potential of linguistic spaces. Wynter reminds us that language is not just a tool—it is the foundation of how we think, perceive, care, and create.

Ceremony, for Wynter, is a way of breaking down the dominant structures of meaning that confine us and creating new possibilities for understanding ourselves and the world.

When I say SaturnVox has always been a ceremony, I mean it in the sense Sylvia Wynter describes: as an act of creation and re-worlding.

Through its ceremonies SaturnVox aims to invite participants to explore the edges of their own boundaries, aspirations, and griefs. It is a space to practice sovereignty, to deepen agency, and to engage with the art of suffering as a vital force that shapes a shared, ever-evolving world.

SaturnVox exists as a weaving of various particular projects, all of which act as ritual performances designed to reflect this balance and stimulate personal and collective transformation.

It also means learning to hold space for grief and suffering—not as something to be avoided but as a form of art-making, a ceremony of transformation that shapes who we are and how we connect to others.

It asks us to face the deepest wounds of the self, to release the fears that keep us grasping for power, and to navigate the cycles of creation and consumption with intention.

A true acknowledgment of shared sovereignty means balancing the fulfillment of our agency, our needs, and our hearts with the shared responsibility of never taking at the expense of others.

This is a world where we are all kings in a shared kingdom, bound by the land we walk on and the One Great Being we all stem from and live through.

SaturnVox is a multidimensional platform, one where I, as her artist and operator, perform her ceremonies, find her center, and invite others to step into a reverberating space which foundationally honors our shared, sovereign stage.
