I'm still training consistently 4 times a week.
Sat here typing this & my shoulder is giving me grief, but I'm starting some rehab sessions soon which would bring some relief whilst I wait for surgery.
(My daughter has made me a charm for my phone case, which you can see in the pic)
I managed to get tickets for @stephenwilsonjr01.bsky.social in October. ❤️
I have been waiting for a UK tour. So so happy I've got tickets. ☺️☺️

I'm really enjoying it so far! A gift from a friend who clearly knows me so well.
Sounds like it was a great talk at York Lot Festival. 😃
The cover for Feeding the Monster, why Horror has a hold on us. By Anna Bogutskaya. The cover is plain white with the text in black and red.
Aside from catching up on my comics I'm reading Feeding The Monster. Why horror has a hold on us. By Anna Bogutskaya.
To say I'm a massive fan of Red Dwarf is an understatement... I was so fixated on it as a kid that school had to contact my parents and ask them to "make me watch something else".
Thanks Rob Grant, rest in peace.

@christophcondon.bsky.social wrote an incredible DC Blog entry about his dad, his life and The Peril of the Brutal Dark. You should probably read it www.dc.com/blog/2026-02...
You need to see if he enjoys snooker. 😂

Really pushing myself now and we are ramping up in my PT sessions as well.
A grid of black & white illustrations that I made for The Woman in Black.
I’ll start placing my Woman in Black Originals on here tomorrow.
It’ll probably be one or two a day.
I’ll try to keep them affordable but the price will also reflect the time it took to produce them (bloomin ages!).
Cheers 👍🏻

A white and tabby cat asleep on a warm grate in Norwich cathedral.
It's been a hard week, had some awful news mid week which I'm still processing.
We went for a wander around the cathedral this morning & found Budge keeping warm. I actually got to give him a fuss, which is a first.
@peteralanross.bsky.social he says hello. 😻
My daughter is looking forward to this! 😄
I'm glad it did. ☺️
I've got a huge comic backlog. I need to get stuck in really. My pull list is big and it's easy to get behind.
Bump Off was fantastic! I really enjoyed it.
The audio is so disturbing. 💔😪
