We found that individuals who drank less alcohol after using cannabis (vs using alcohol alone) in the laboratory had lower levels of negative emotionality and impulsivity (vs those who drank the same or more after cannabis).

Excited to share our newest publication. Here we test a central hypothesis in cannabis use, does use alter a person's emotions in a theoretically expected way, and if so for whom and under what conditions is that observable. We found that cannabis use was linked to complex changes in emotions.
New article in DADR by Donaldson et al shows that long-acting injectable buprenorphine can support recovery by reducing stigma, increasing autonomy, and helping people build a more normal, stable life.
