I have arthritis. I have a other chronic illnesses that can be debilitating, and it does sometimes get to a point where I can't pick up a jug of orange juice on my own.

Life changing advice I was given: Braid them instead of wrapping around the rods. So much more comfortable, easier to do, and comes out better than when I simply wrapped them around the rods! Heatless curls are the best. 😌
