Not many countries have nukes. No we don't have any as Canada signed onto the nuclear non proliferation treaty in 1968.

Charlie Angus on State of Democracy In a Beavis/Butthead Parliament YouTube video by Charlie Angus

Charlie Angus says it all. 🔥🔥🔥

Highly recommend you take the time to watch all of this. All the reasons not to vote CPC.

Angus only refers to PP as “The guy who lives in Stornoway.”

I think you been listening to antivaxers so much your brain forgets that before the covid vaccines came out, people were dying at alarming rates and being left disabled with long term health issues because of this virus.

1 year ago 0 0 1 0

When something is contagious and has the potential to kill & disable people then yes the government has every right to limit exposure and/or spread of disease within its borders. You can decide if you don't want a vaccine. Healthcare workers didn't go house to house holding people down to inject em

No one was forced to do anything. There was consequences that came with choices. Such as if you wanted to go to another country and chose not to be vaccinated, you could be denied entry. Just like if you chose not to get a drivers license you can't drive. And people die from peanuts. Peanuts bad?

1 year ago 0 0 1 0

Yes you are correct. So in Sept. 2021 it was expected most would be vaccinated. So in Oct. 2021 they gave 3 months notice that all Non residents to both Canada and USA would require proof of vaccination for entry. Which means by Jan 2022, proof of vaccination is required for entry for non residents

Happy to see you here! Can you convince my MPP Jamie West to come over as well? We must get rid of Ford!

1 year ago 3 1 1 0

There was a middle ground. You want to enter a country in which you are not a citizen you must show proof of vaccination. If you choose not to be vaccinated & aren't a citizen, you were denied entry. So if a unvaccinated canadian trucker was in USA & wanted to come into Canada they could AT ANY TIME.

Vaccines only became available to certain people for the first few months of 2021. Like healthcare workers, elderly etc. Took about a year for vaccines to reach the general population. USA & Canada gave 3 months notice for requiring all non citizens, entering, to be vaccinated.

There was no canadian law stopping a Canadian trucker from going to the USA. There was only rules stopping USA truckers from entering Canada without vaccination requirements. So the USA enforce their own laws, and we enforce our laws. Do you not understand this?

From US government website. They make the rules they want people to follow for their country. What is nonsensical is thinking Trudeau can control what the USA does for entry requirements into the USA & that protesting Trudeau will change USA entry requirements.

1 year ago 0 0 1 0

everyone had a choice if they wanted to take it or not. The truckers who were protesting vaccine mandates should have been protesting the United States government as it was the USA denying them entry. As a canadian citizen any trucker could enter Canada at any time.

Fun fact: If someone quotes a post of yours in a way that is unwelcome (as is commonplace on Twitter/X) there is a tool to combat the unwanted attention. Simply click the three dot menu on the quote post & click "Detach quote". This removes your post from their quote post. Useful to know, do share!

Here’s a few things you can expect temporarily when there’s an outage:

- “Invalid Handle” everywhere
- Likes don’t seem to work (they’re just being slow)
- Your post isn’t showing up (same, just being slow)
- Random errors or blank screens, the usual app broken stuff

Attainable housing program stalled despite Ontario choosing ‘demonstration sites’ | Globalnews.ca New internal documents obtained by Global News show Ontario's struggle to develop a still-unfinished attainable housing program dates back to at least November 2022.

Ontario Place can be stripped and denuded in a flash, Science Centre closed in a weekend, greenbelt changes made, bike lanes ripped, but housing? Our gatekeeper Premier's government continues apace. globalnews.ca/news/1086459...
