My mom was telling me a story today about a woman (everyone called her Chicken, and my mother was way to disinterested in how this woman came by the moniker "chicken"), whose adult child was building a giant, 5,000 square foot house, and in the middle of the build was diagnosed with MS.

Thank god. I just took a MCLE from PLI, and they were all chatting about how they’ve been rushing to integrate AI… and it was clear that they all just lived in this bubble where everyone is using AI and it’s been completely normalized.
The one panelist who cautioned against overuse of AI said

I just finished up “of monsters and mainframes.” Nothing deep, but it was fun. I’ve been trying to gear up for some nerdy non fiction.
In 1997, iirc it was roughly $7,000 for me to pay for my dorm room, all meals at the dining hall (minus Sunday night) and tuition at UT Austin.
Free inflation calculator says that’s $14,000 today. Current cost would be roughly $28,000.

Seriously though. For me, I don't use steam unless I have to (my computer is crap), and it having Hades 2 and Blue Prince (and about to have Slay the Spire 2) was it for me.
