Just FYI: Participations uses open review in order to foster more collaborative and supportive discussions than normal in academic publishing, especially for early career or underrepresented scholars. This helps us honour our founder, Professor Martin Barker, who also kept us independent and OA. :)
Call for peer reviewers! :)
We are looking to expand our peer reviewers, particularly those from or with expertise in the Global South and underrepresented groups. Please drop us an email at editor@participations.org with your name and affiliation, as well as your topics of interest! :)
We're pleased to announce the publication of issue 21.1, spanning Frisian identity in Aotearoa/NZ, Canadianness & the Barenaked Ladies, Turkish quality drama, seagoing spectators, transnational identities, conspiracies & a special section on Girl Audiences in the 'Girlscape'! www.participations.org
