Plus those games were seen as waaaay older and more dated than a switch game in 2017 is. BotW and Odyssey still feel great, Arms is just as fun as it was, and Xenoblade 2…ok it needs a definitive edition it’s a bit rough lol.

It might be a bit different because unlike games of the NES, everyone will have access to the same Switch games as they did in 2017 unlike the NES which games either needed some sort of port or unofficial emulation to play in the modern day. Now if you are nostalgic for botw, it’s still on switch 2
