POV: schools tend to improve more quickly when they focus on sorting behaviour, promoting staff wellness and supporting all to deliver the basics of high quality teaching and learning well to meet the needs of the students in their class- rather than making Tik Toks.

Having great conversations with potential HT candidates - it is reassuringly exciting. Despite the negative optics sometimes - headship is a unique, rewarding, brilliant role.
