The exact borders of "Complete Land of Israel" is open to interpretation, but also suggests boundedness.
But I personally have not heard the term for years. And currently there is no sense of boundedness for Israeli expansion, at least not among the Kahanist core of the government.

Greater Israel was always a poor translation. The term in Hebrew was ארץ ישראל השלמה - the Complete Land of Israel - which, in the 1970s-1980s, meant Israel, West Bank, Gaza, Sinai and the Golan Heights (ie historic Palestine + occupied Egyptian and Syrian territory.
