screenshot showing the tool in action, it is a guided/wizard form with clear steps. 1. type in your domain handle/did:plc identifier that you want to submit operations to, and which rotation key you'll be signing the payload with 2. if you've picked the option to sign using your PDS' rotation key, you will be prompted to sign in (using your main password, fret not, the tool does not store the password anywhere) 3. then pick which previous operation to base from, you'd usually pick the last one. 4. enter the intended payload 5. your PDS requires an extra confirmation code sent via email to sign the payload 6. voila!
