Enjoy the ride! This career and PLN has been so rewarding for me and my students, I am honored for the experiences I’ve had and excited for the doors that may continue to open on this journey.

Cardio Drumming last week was a HUGE success in #PhysEd, over the last few years I’ve made quite a few routines and while not perfect or the best quality of graphics I’m thinking of uploading to YouTube for others to use. Who’s willing to give that motivational pep talk that it’s okay to share?!?!

90% of my directions are pre-recorded for station activities so I’m able to take the “stealth ninja” approach to end up beside the student causing disruptions during directions.

A 4 year movement adventure has been completed! What started as an idea from my wife, became a journey of pushing myself. It’s been everything from 5K to yearly mile goal, and run with family, friends, and co-workers. I have completed a virtual race/challenge in ALL 50 states and DC!! What’s next?
