There is no way to opt out of the AI Overview that Google now forces on you. The "-ai" trick doesn't always work.
I whipped this up as a way to search Google without the AI Overview, by directly sending you to the "Web" tab, which doesn't include the AI Overview.

“And that truth has been exiled from this chamber! And the monster screaming the loudest? The monster we’ve helped create? The monster who will come for us all soon enough is Emperor Palpatine!” — Mon Mothma, ANDOR Season 2 Episode 9

“When truth leaves us, when we let it slip away, when it is ripped from our hands, we become vulnerable to the appetite of whatever monster screams the loudest. This Chamber’s hold on the truth was finally lost on the Ghorman Plaza. What took place yesterday… was unprovoked genocide! …
“Of all the things at risk, the loss of an objective reality is perhaps the most dangerous. The death of truth is the ultimate victory of evil. …
“Fellow Senators, friends, colleagues, allies, adversaries. I stand before you this morning with a heavy heart. … I believe we are in crisis. The distance between what is said and what is known to be true has become an abyss. …
Bach: Orgelbüchlein. Bradley Burgess, org — Raven 192-77 minutes The Little Organ Book was a product of Bach's years in Weimar (1708-17). His origi- nal scheme was to write 164 chorale set- tings, covering the entire Lutheran church year, but only 46 were completed. Albert Schweitzer described it as "the dictionary of Bach's musical language". It is essentially a "textbook" on how to treat chorale melodies. Burgess, who serves as Lay Associate for Music at the Church of the Nativity in Raleigh, North Carolina, delivers clean, clear, and elegant performances on a fine 2- manual, 35-stop, 2023 Paul Fritts organ in St Thomas Episcopal Church, Terrace Park, Ohio (Cincinnati). This compares well with Farr (J/F 2020) and De Vries (N/D 2023). Excellent notes by the performer with photos and specification.
"[C]lean, clear, and elegant" — I'll take it! Thanks to Robert Delcamp for this review of my #Bach Orgelbüchlein in the upcoming issue of American Record Guilde. #pipeorgan #classicalmusic

"Once, men turned their thinking over to machines in the hope that this would set them free. But that only permitted other men with machines to enslave them." — Dune
Reading #Dune and this line is an absolute gut punch.
I thought we were trying to enjoy each episode equally. But no, I am not ready either. I am already depressed.
💯 And Severance.
Absolutely delighted to have my album featured on the Organ Media Foundation's King of Instruments show, on today's Bach Birthday episode. My segment is at 07:25. www.kingofinstruments.show/2025/03/16/
Great take. 💯
It was great. But was it better than "mo - no - syll - ab - ic"?
100%
Drummond actually look a little shook.
Well apparently there is something better: eating said egg raw.
No goats, but that scene from Milchik more than made up for it.
For real. It's driving me cuhrazee.

For real tho, I'm going to complain if they don't give us *something* about the goats before season's end.
That actually sounds like a lot of fun. RE the Litany, I saw this and was sorta low-key tempted to use it: www.sjmp.com/catalog/musi...
Oh boy. Does your boss have a secret desire to revert to the 1549 prayer book? 😂
@violadagoomba.bsky.social How was your EOW Great Litany?
There's little that makes me happier than seeing John Oliver smack his desk. @lastweektonight.com
Sounds like a certain political party.
Also timely.
