Last night i went to Wusong Road in Cambridge for food and cocktails with an old friend and a couple new ones

Last Saturday, I went to Max's South Seas Hideaway... It was pretty amazing, the drinks were to notch
Was just thinking of him while i was visiting the Midwest, so sad about his passing.

Good place for large groups, the decor was nice
Chinese food was... Midwest, man i miss the soy heavy fried rice and fat, oily cabbage stuffed egg rolls with tiny shrimp in them... The bbq pork was a little too sweet, over all it was good... plus cocktail was ~ $25 so not bad
Lunch at Tong's Tiki Hut, was ok... Drinks were juice heavy... Food was good enough, huge tables, probably a great place for large groups.

Well, the country-wide road trip is coming up in about a month, guess I’ll be posting more tiki here as I go, doing some localish tiki, then heading to Vegas… watch this space :)
