I haven't played in over a week, but today I was itching to spend a bit of time in CAS.

Just listened to drop dead and now June 12th can’t come fast enough because I NEED “you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love” in my hands NOW.

I always take a week off in June, and my mom and I travel around the state doing fun activities. I’m in the process of looking activities up and it’s so hard to find stuff that’s within 2 hours from where we live.

Lovely, I’m under another tornado watch which means I shouldn’t have unpacked my emergency bag from yesterday. Honestly, everything should be fine, I just get extremely anxious when it comes to severe weather.

And because I did it for Ozzy I had to do the same for Otto and Olive. Notice that Olive's kids were the only ones trying not to overload the family tree 😅

I’m trying a new crockpot recipe today. Hopefully I didn’t screw it up too badly. It was pretty basic, so I’m keeping my hopes up.

Every year I spend so much time stressing over taxes, so I leave it until the last week. Then when I actually manage to sit down and file them I realize that it was no big deal after all.

I volunteered to bring cupcakes for Easter on Sunday. I haven’t used a piping bag since high school, so here’s hoping I remember how to use it and they don’t turn out ugly.

So many of my favorite artists have albums coming out over the course of the next couple of months and I couldn’t be more excited.

Walking into work absolutely mortified because my brain decided to remind me of something that happened almost 8 years ago.

Appreciation post for this pretty boy. I've slowly started getting back into sims lately, and that has included writing the next update. Still not sure when it'll come out, but I've been working on it.

Also in my head Garreth's birthday is at the end of March, so happy birthday to him.

I’ve been super interested in geography lately. Today, I was bored so I went to my parents house just to spend an hour telling my Mom about world geography. I also literally dreamt about Chile the other day.

I feel you. I do the same thing with my mom and it stresses her out too. I just hate when dress code is not explicitly stated because then I worry I’m going to be overdressed (like I was for my other cousin’s baby shower a few weeks ago) or underdressed.

I just spent the last hour trying to find an outfit (online) to buy and wear for my cousin’s wedding brunch next month. As someone who constantly struggles to understand dress code (there was none listed) and hates dressing up, this was torture.

I didn’t really have anything better to do, so I didn’t mind. Plus, you’re right and it was good exercise.

Only took me about 3 hours, but my car and driveway are clear of snow.

I’ve hit the street!!!! A hour if shoveling later. Although, I don’t have a snowblower, and technically we have people hired to shovel our driveway/sidewalk, but we’re the last building on their list and there’s a good chance they won’t be here until mid day tomorrow and I work early in the morning.

I’m 6ft tall and the snow is up to my knees.
