For sure, I just also learned it from ttrpg people who had been using it since it was cooked in larp because the communities overlap a fair bit, and my point was more that these things come in waves and it's just funny to see it pass thru again.
The funny part is TTRPGers "discovered" bleed like a decade ago when I was still active in games, and I know because I spent most of my decade in games working on safety and resources to cope with things like bleed. Everything once old is new again, every new wave crashes upon the same shores.
