But recognizing that room for growth is SO IMPORTANT, it really is a key step in learning how to manage all the.... everything... There's no point where it's all magically better but it's the people who think they have it all figured out and learned all they need to know who get stuck in place.

It's all stressful as hell and the world being what it is sure doesn't fucking help. It was rough when I was in my 20s but looking back at then compared to now, I don't know how younger folks are managing at all. It's hard to focus on your mental health and growth when you're struggling to survive.

I'm here from your future to tell you that nobody EVER has life figured out, you just get better at managing the existential dread of being a middle aged child when you realize that the smartest, most competent people you know are also fucking disasters.
