They offered me the position the week before Christmas, works council already agreed. But then the administration sent wrong papers, and now they have it under supervision because the state needs to agree with me working slightly next to my original field. Could arrive every day, or not🫠

Yes. Permanent, 50%, decently payed and I don't die mentally when I'm at work. Freedom to teach the way I like it. One of those "once in a lifetime' jobs, and after the last year, I crave time and money to just exist in peace and draw.

One of the most draining experiences as autistic person is waiting.
My promised job contract has been under supervision since the last week before Christmas. If it is approved, I made it. If not, my future is moving every other year for a new contract and applying with 500+ people for one job.
