allrecipes.com replaces some of the flour with more oatmeal, shortening with butter and adds cinnamon...

Thought I would try some oatmeal raisin cookies. First batch overcooked - grandma's oven must have run cool. The rest of the first try failed because I forgot half the brown sugar :-( For second try, I merged grandma and allrecipes.com and they came out much better.

Got a new upright freezer to replace my chest freezer so I can actually get to the stuff in it. Found a bunch of things I'd forgotten about or didn't think I had any left of too ;-) Second shelf down is all vegetarian for my vegetarian friends...(mainly my vegetarian semi-boyfriend)

The deck camera gets a bit grainy at night, but it was still nice enough to do some reading out there, with the deck heater going to help out...
