it def helped to make them feel clean, but honestly just keeping them clean with the little water syringe was enough too!! i felt like so much gunk was in them and felt refreshed after i rinsed them after i ate 🥲 i was always so scared i would get dry socket too 💀

i did exactly these things!! keeping elevated when i slept and a tongue scraper SAVED me 😭 having a prescribed mouthwash also helped!! it made my mouth feel so nice and clean!
