That's what I wanna hear! I just keep hearing that it's a gamer-ass game and I'm HERE FOR IT

Have you checked it out??
Trying to decide between buying Pragmata or Mouse: PI for Hire has me sweating profusely rn
I've been using Tomodachi Life's Mii creative suite for 12 mins & the artistic side of my brain is already going wild. I can't even draw and yet here I am enjoying the process of creating something
People that use AI to make "art" for them are just straight-up missing out on the human experience
Do I actually want to play Tomodachi Life? Or do I just want to watch clips of other people's creativity?
Hmmmmmmm. Decisions, decisions...
Heard a lot of noise about how, like so many Resident Evil games, RE: Requiem "falls off in the back half."
I'm sitting at 89% complete (according to the PS5 clock) and I've gotta ask...when does this supposed fall-off happen? Because I've been like a (frightened) kid in a candy store for 10+ hours
When I finally have the materials to craft 2 bullets for Requiem in RE9:
> Man runs gym for 55 years
> Kid wanders into gym for 1st time
> Man challenges Kid to battle
> Kid defeats Man thanks to tutorial device in his ear telling him exactly what to do
> Man decides he’s seen enough, passes gym off to Kid, who he’s known for 3.5 mins
you just gotta love Pokémon logic
Time to see what all the Mario Galaxy movie hate is about
Congrats, Reb!!
To honor your time at IGN, what are some of your favorite pieces you’ve worked on? Would love to go back & read the Greatest Hits!
For those who are more on the casual side of Pokémon battling: how's Pokémon Champions?
Seeing a lot of negativity from those who have devoted their lives to competitive Pokémon, but haven't seen many thoughts from beginner/intermediate trainers
April is the month of the long-awaited indie, as Replaced, Mouse: P.I. for Hire, and Gecko Gods are releasing after years of keeping fans (specifically me) waiting.
Here's my list of the 12 most notable games dropping in April:
But if you see a kids movie that (a) has fun trailers, (b) involves an IP you like, and/or (c) seems like your child would have a great time watching it, then WATCH IT! Don't let a 6/10 review score from a gaming outlet deter you from checking it out. It's truly not that deep.
And that's especially true for kids movies.
Are there kids movies that are abominations to humanity? Sure!
Are there kids movies that are masterpieces? Absolutely!
How often do you see a Rotten Tomatoes page where a film gets a 35% from critics, but an 85% from the public? That's because most people aren't watching movies with a critical lens, but for entertainment.
I want to clarify my thoughts on this because I don't mean to give off "kids movies aren't real movies, therefore they shouldn't be critiqued" vibes.
Movie reviews -- probably more than reviews of any other medium -- don't always represent the way a majority of people will feel about a movie.
On the topic of The Super Mario Galaxy Movie critic review scores:
If you’re worried about what critics think of a kids movie, you need to re-evaluate your life
As someone who has always wanted to go, I’d love to hear some PAX East highlights (stories, games of the show, etc) from anybody who went!
For anyone not local: was it worth the trip to Boston?
Thought the exact same thing when I saw one of those “What’s the biggest surprise you’ve ever seen in a video game?” posts 😭
I scrolled by it so fast bc I didn’t even wanna risk it lmao
I’ve done all my homework.
Played through both the Claire (A) and Leon (B) stories in RE 2 Remake.
Watched a 2-hour-long video recapping the story of RE 4 Remake (since I played it years ago & forgot a bunch of details).
I think it’s finally time to revisit Raccoon City in Resident Evil Requiem ☂️
UPDATE: I went! Going to the movies by yourself — especially in the morning on a weekday — is a whole vibe.
Doesn’t hurt that Project Hail Mary is a phenomenal movie. Rocky is an early frontrunner for “Best Movie Character” in 2026. Ryan Gosling continues to shine in everything he’s in.
10/10 👎🏻
Screamer: “You’ve finished the tutorial! Now go place top 3 in a race to advance the story.”
Me:
I'm hearing SO many great things about it! Think I'm just gonna do it
Genuinely considering going to an 11am showing of Project Hail Mary by myself tomorrow
Rotten Tomatoes has me convinced it's an all-timer
Been itching to go to PAX East for the last few years, but just haven’t made it happen yet. Hopefully each of us will get there eventually!
All I can say is:
First, it was Pokopia islands.
Now, it’s Tomodachi Life Miis.
I’m obsessed with seeing people’s creativity operate at a level I could only dream of 🥹
What on earth is a GLIMMET?
They can’t keep getting away with this
