Being an artist in this industry is already so hard, but if you’re looking for industry or folio advice, I guarantee it can be found through your friends and peers, and not someone on your feed cosplaying as a senior so they can sell a course or paid folio reviews for their stream.

I’ve seen so many ‘game art influencers’ who claim to be triple A concept artists crop up lately, and when I actually look them up almost none of them have ever worked for the studios they’re claiming or use vague language around who they’ve actually worked for (Roblox games become ‘AAA adjacent’)

Everytime i've been on the train the past 3 weeks it's been PACKED. There are kids with their bikes hopping off and on to get to places to play, I see so many more teenagers and older people out and about than I previously did. It's been so lovely!
