It feels sometimes, like people forget how brutal evictions really are. In Minnesota, you only get a 14 day notice before a potential eviction. Your eviction follows you which makes it almost impossible to find housing again and there are very few social safety nets for being unhoused

ICE is targeting Native businesses & community/resource centers in Minneapolis. They harassed people at Pow Wow Grounds & sat outside of the American Indian Women's Resource Center for 2 hours last month. Many Native people (that we know of, there's definitely more) have been kidnapped by ICE.

Four citizens of the Oglala Sioux Tribe have been held by ICE since Thursday. The unhoused men were picked up during an ICE raid and despite advocacy from their tribe, three have not been released.
