I see your point and had not thought about the "counterintuitive" scenarios you posed. I was merely trying to make the point to encourage better work performance and now I'm wondering how much of job losses are motivated more by cost-cutting and not job performance!

Will #AI replace human workers because AI's output is so good or because so many human workers aren't so "good"? Whatever the answer, it's clear marginal performers are most at risk of losing their jobs, isn't it?
