Looks like I'm once again creating a new character. Told myself I wouldn't after Ankou, but I was going through one of my favorite artists' more recent posts and got inspired again. Ceehaz as an artist I've been following for a good few years now. I remember I started following him even before his Dog Knight RPG characters became a mainstay or iconic for that matter. That being said I've taken quite a liking to those Dog Knights in general. Some other artists I have seen ended up making their own Dog Knight fan characters, and Ceehaz seems to love seeing others inspired by his characters. So I suppose as always I had the mental urge of “I want one of those too!” And more or less made my own heavily inspired character based off of the Dog Knight RPG girls. This is Mocha Darlington, she is a muscular shortstack brick of a woman. She is also a Toy Dog, and a Shih Tzu at that. I will admit, I ended up going back into my older characters I don't use much, and found my old Sweet Imp Chocolates Sh'morez. I haven't drawn Chocolate in years, but I really did love her based design. I might have recycled it for Mocha. Because I noticed I don't tend to use browns a lot within my color palette. As well as getting to use more purple, another color I need for expanding my palate. Getting to finally mix those colors together again really brings out Mocha. She's rather rough and tumble, punky even. And purple gives her a hint of royalty, as it tends to be a very uncommon color for clothing in fantasy settings. Also, I finally got to practice muscle placement again. I'm very bad about not practicing my muscle anatomy, but I think I got Mocha to look reasonably very muscular, without making her look ridiculously buff. Once again I really like the way Mocha turned out. Getting to blend all of those shades of browns and purples really helps pull her design together in a lovely way.

I hadn't made a sexy muscle lady in a little while, so let's change that.
