It really is. Prodrome used to be just a runny nose and maybe an aura along with tinnitus but now it's also depression and anxiety amped up to 11. I do not like.

It doesn't make sense. Upper management saw a way to cut costs (salary/benefits) and didn't look too closely at what all this really means. It's a shell game and they are too ignorant to figure it out. Or plan to use their golden parachutes while everyone else gets caught in the mess.
