Many AI boosters seem to want a return to aristocracy. Imagine my surprise finding this 1907 book, "Degeneracy of Aristocracy," arguing that it may take a war, but natural intelligence will always beat monopolism and artificial intelligence.

This is, apparently, how one reads a book these days. I find myself returning books when there's no reasonable way to read them.
